    We experienced an issue that may have caused delays in the automatic syncing of transaction data to Xero for some members between 1-5 May. We’re resolving this as fast as possible and will update this page as soon as we have further information. If you require this data sooner, you can disconnect the automatic sync and manually export it as a CSV file from Tide and upload it directly to Xero. For immediate assistance, please email [email protected] or use the 'Support' feature within your app.

    We’ve experienced an issue that may have caused delays in the automatic syncing of transaction data to Xero for some members between 1-6 May. We’ve fixed this Your existing automatic connection might have been interrupted - all you need to do is reconnect your Tide account to Xero: App: Admin > All Actions > Accounting integrations Web: Tools & Services > Accounting integrations If you need further assistance, please email [email protected] or use the 'Support' feature within your app.
