We are currently investigating an issue affecting email-related functionality across several services. Users may experience: - Reports sent using the "Send via Mail" option not being delivered. - Deliveroot retrieval notifications not being received. - Support user notifications not being processed. - Missing email notifications following approval or rejection actions in myProtime.
