    Issue has been identified, and the pod replica of PingId Authenticator is increased

    Traffic has reduced on the affected service, but the error rates are still high. We are going to refresh the services in order to purge the active errors.

    We are continuing to work on a fix for this issue. Failing over to eu-west-1 from eu-central-1

    Fix is implemented, and the traffic to PingID Authenticator is returning to normal. We are not seeing any error rates.
