    Crowdfunding and giving day pages are currently experiencing a high error rate, and donors may be unable to load pages. We are seeing a very low error rate for GC Giving Forms and GC Events, as well as other parts of our platform. Our engineers are working on this issue, and we will share another update by 10:45am ET.

    We're seeing intermittent failures affecting payment processing at schools using Touchnet. We are not aware of any changes on the GiveCampus side to cause this. Engineering is investigating. We'll update here as we know more. Payment processing on Stripe, PayPal / Venmo, Cash App Pay, and Chariot are not impacted.

    As is being widely reported in the media, an outage with Cloudflare is disrupting access to many websites and web services. We have received reports of this outage intermittently impacting donors’ and administrators’ ability to access and use GiveCampus. According to Cloudflare, the underlying issue has been identified and a fix is being implemented.

    We’ve identified a new issue affecting payments on the iOS Facebook browser. Venmo has been disabled globally. All other platforms continue to work normally. Our team is investigating and will update shortly.
