Crowdfunding and giving day pages are currently experiencing a high error rate, and donors may be unable to load pages. We are seeing a very low error rate for GC Giving Forms and GC Events, as well as other parts of our platform. Our engineers are working on this issue, and we will share another update by 10:45am ET.

We have received reports of this outage intermittently impacting donors’ and administrators’ ability to access and use GiveCampus. According to Cloudflare, the underlying issue has been identified and a fix is being implemented.

This outage has disrupted our integration with RE NXT, which some institutions leverage to sync data with GC Online Giving, GC Events, and/or GC Gift Officer. We have temporarily disabled Venmo on our platform due to errors that donors experienced in the checkout process. We are in contact with the vendor awaiting Venmo to be restored.
