GiveCampus Outage History

Crowdfunding and giving day pages are currently experiencing a high error rate, and donors may be unable to load pages. We are seeing a very low error rate for GC Giving Forms and GC Events, as well as other parts of our platform. Our engineers are working on this issue, and we will share another update by 10:45am ET.

We're seeing intermittent failures affecting payment processing at schools using Touchnet. We are not aware of any changes on the GiveCampus side to cause this. Engineering is investigating. We'll update here as we know more. Payment processing on Stripe, PayPal / Venmo, Cash App Pay, and Chariot are not impacted.

We are no longer seeing errors with TouchNet and have confirmed successful gifts are being processed. There was no impact for any other GiveCampus Payment processor.

We're currently experiencing an issue with our support provider that's affecting inbound ticket delivery. If you've submitted a support request, we may not have received it yet. While we work to resolve this, please reach out directly to your Partner Success Manager if you need immediate assistance. We are investigating an issue impacting certain payment processors on GiveCampus. For the vast majority of our partner schools, there is no impact, as Stripe, Link, PayPal/Venmo, and DAFpay continue to function. We will communicate with schools individually if your institution is impacted.

We are currently experiencing an intermittent issue with uploading new videos. Creating new videos in GC Video and uploading videos within GC GO and GC Online Giving may be impacted. Existing videos continue to play normally, and donors / constituents are not impacted. Our team is actively investigating and will provide updates as more information becomes available.
