Our teams are aware of a degradation of Blackbaud services. This impacts the ability to export gifts, event registrations, and events through both automatic and manual deposit flows. Some records have been processed successfully, however others may be delayed or incomplete. We will reprocess affected gifts and event registrations once the incident is resolved.

We are happy to report that Blackbaud has resolved their incident. Our engineers are identifying records that were not successfully exported and are working to reprocess them. We will provide a final update once all affected records have been reprocessed.
