Is GiveCampus down?

We are investigating an issue with Vimeo, our third-party video hosting provider, that is preventing newly uploaded videos from playing on GiveCampus. We are working with Vimeo to restore playback

We are continuing to investigate this issue.

Vimeo has resolved the embedding issue- videos should post as expected now.

We’re aware that the GiveCampus platform is currently unavailable, and Partners and donors may be unable to load pages, sign in, or complete gifts. Our engineering team is actively investigating and working to restore access as quickly as possible.

From 2:15pm ET to 2:34, we observed a full restriction of access to GiveCampus. From 2:34 to 3:10 limited access may still have been experienced. Full access has been restored and the issue is resolved.

Like many email providers, GiveCampus is seeing delivery issues to Microsoft-hosted email addresses (such as Outlook, Hotmail, and Microsoft 365 accounts) affecting roughly 10-15% of messages sent through GC Outreach and system notifications (including 2-factor email notifications). This is a Microsoft-side issue affecting many senders industry-wide, not specific to GiveCampus which we were alerted to by our upstream email provider Sendgrid: https://status.twilio.com/incidents/r2gvsly2y5ty. We're monitoring closely and will post an update as soon as we have more detail or Microsoft resolves it.

Microsoft 365 enterprise users continue to experience intermittent issues receiving emails from GiveCampus and other email senders. So far,  consumer addresses like Hotmail and Outlook.com appear to be unaffected. If you have any issues accessing your account as a result, contact support at [email protected]. Our next update will be when Microsoft resolves this issue.
