Is GiveCampus down?

We are currently investigating an issue that is causing intermittent failures on the platform, including an impact to donations successfully processing. The issue began approximately ~10 mins ago. We will share an update shortly.

We have identified and resolved the source of a problem that caused some donors to receive errors while checking out on the platform for a period of ~20 minutes. Platform functionality has been restored, and we will share more information in the morning. Donations and event registrations have successfully processed since we fully restored service.

The intermittent Platform issues have now been resolved. Full functionality has been resolved.

Crowdfunding and giving day pages are currently experiencing a high error rate, and donors may be unable to load pages. We are seeing a very low error rate for GC Giving Forms and GC Events, as well as other parts of our platform. Our engineers are working on this issue, and we will share another update by 10:45am ET.

We have implemented platform updates and seen a strong recovery in performance. Crowdfunding and giving day pages are loading reliably for constituents, as are all other parts of the platform. We will continue to monitor performance to ensure full resolution, and we will post updates to status.givecampus.com/ throughout the day as we have them.

We're seeing intermittent failures affecting payment processing at schools using Touchnet. We are not aware of any changes on the GiveCampus side to cause this. Engineering is investigating. We'll update here as we know more. Payment processing on Stripe, PayPal / Venmo, Cash App Pay, and Chariot are not impacted.

We are no longer seeing errors with TouchNet and have confirmed successful gifts are being processed. There was no impact for any other GiveCampus Payment processor.

We're currently experiencing an issue with campaign video playback due to an outage with Vimeo. As a temporary fallback, campaign thumbnails are displaying in place of videos. We're monitoring the situation and will share updates as we have them.
