    Our teams are aware of a degradation of Blackbaud NXT services. This impacts the GiveCampus NXT integration, specifically authorization token refresh, which may result in unsuccessful or delayed syncs. We’ll keep you informed as we learn more.

    Blackbaud continues to investigate issues with its API. We will report once Blackbaud shares that the issue is resolved.

    Blackbaud’s outage and service degradation has been ongoing since this morning. This outage has disrupted our integration with RE NXT, which some institutions leverage to sync data with GC Online Giving, GC Events, and/or GC Gift Officer. Our team is actively monitoring the situation and will ensure all data syncs properly once the Blackbaud service disruption is resolved. We will follow up tomorrow with an update when available.

    Blackbaud’s services have stabilized and our engineers have completed reprocessing of affected integration jobs; all missed gifts and event registrations have been re-synced; constituent imports ran successfully; remaining gifts for institutions using automatic daily gift export (by deposited_at) will be included in tonight’s nightly sync; no event ticket payments failed to sync.
