We are currently investigating an issue affecting the group selection interface when creating an Important Announcement. This issue specifically impacts a subset of clients in our US West region. While affected users can still select groups and send messages, the selection list currently displays all groups (including archived ones) in a long list format. We understand this makes selecting groups difficult, and we are working to restore the group selection layout. Workaround: Users can still send Important Announcements by scrolling to find the intended group, though we advise double-checking group names when making your selections.

Increased Filtering of SMS Messages The Issue: Some SMS messages are being caught by filters applied by our upstream service providers. This typically prevents the message from being delivered and may manifest in your UI as a 30006 or 30007 error.

As of today, SMS will now be sent from short code 97178 instead of 54968. This change has been made to increase message reliability and deliverability, resolving the recent filtering issue that was blocking some SMS messages containing links, email addresses, and phone numbers.
