    We are aware of an incident that may be preventing a subset of SMS traffic from delivering properly. We are actively working to resolve this and will provide an update shortly.

    In order to mitigate this issue, we are now sending Emergency SMS messages from an additional short code, 91841, to ensure that all SMS messages are properly delivered. This means that in the event of an emergency, your recipients may see your message appear from this short code.

    Currently, using the Beefree editor, and translating that message, can result in no jobs being created for that email, which results in messages not being sent. Our team has identified the root cause and is working towards a solution and release plan. Until this has been updated, you should not translate any messages using the Beefree editor.     Our team has identified an issue when attempting to connect to Smore in the message sending interface. When clicking on the Smore dropdown and attempting to create a newsletter, an error is popping up. While we investigate the cause of this, users can log into Smore directly at smore.com > Select newsletter > Share on Mass Notification System > Copy HTML Code > in MN/MXRE messaging interface, from Email, click More to expand toolbar > click the Source Code tool > paste the code > the newsletter will populate.

While data additions are still processing normally, the process that identifies and removes users is currently producing inaccurate results.     We are receiving intermittent reports that some recipients are mistakenly being suppressed with "Reason: Not Found". We have identified the issue; it stems from a recent change from our provider. We are working diligently with our provider to resolve this issue as soon as possible. In the meantime, for any critical messages, we suggest that you first check your suppression list and look for any recipient with the "Reason: Not Found" before sending. For any recipient with the suppression "Reason: Not Found", click on the "+" on the far right side to clear that out.
