We’ve resolved the issue affecting a limited number of agents stuck in "no-mic", "no answer", or unable to make or receive calls when using certain browsers. The issue originated from a recent Chromium update and impacted multiple platforms, including ours. A new version of Google Chrome was released today and includes a fix. We recommend that affected users update to the most recent version and log back in to Storable CRM. This has resolved the issue for impacted users.
