    We are currently experiencing a sync issue which is affecting agents ability to make or receive calls. Our engineering team is looking into this matter with the highest priority and hope to identify and resolve the issue as quick as possible.

    We are currently seeing issues with data syncing between CallPotential/Storable CRM and the Facility Management Software. This has caused a backlog of data needing to be updated. We have identified the cause and are working towards resolving this as quickly as possible. At this time you will see delays in being able to access existing leads or when trying to create brand new leads.

    We are currently seeing that the agent dashboard is not properly updating the displayed worker status. It does appear that calls are properly coming in and can be answered. We are currently investigating this instance with our telco provider to get this resolved as quickly as possible.

    We are aware of the error that some tenants are seeing when accessing pay links not allowing them to submit a payment. We are trying to determine why this is occurring and have found that refreshing the browser a couple of times. We realize this is not an ideal solution, however for the time being it will allow your tenants to get their payment to go through.

    Twilio has confirmed they are seeing issues with their event stream not updating appropriately and are currently investigating to determine the issue. They have updated their status page and we will be monitoring it for updates as well. https://status.twilio.com/
