We have remediated the issue that resulted in the suspension of a limited number of Office 365 integrations. BetterCloud was able to automatically reconnect a subset of customer affected Integrations. However, we advise any customer utilizing the Office 365 Integration within BetterCloud User Automation to check the Integration Center and manually reconnect as needed using the directions in our help center article. Some users experienced errors when when attempting to access BetterCloud Google Administration (g.bettercloud.com) between approximately 6pm ET on 12/3 and 1am ET on 12/4. The issue has been corrected and access has been restored. A related issue causing certain tasks including signature policies, sheet imports/exports, and reports to take longer than expected was fixed today.
