    We have received reports indicating that some O365 integrations may be unexpectedly disconnecting. We are currently investigating the issue. We will provide further updates as more details become available. Please contact [email protected] with any questions or concerns.

    We have remediated the issue that resulted in the suspension of a limited number of Office 365 integrations. BetterCloud was able to automatically reconnect a subset of customer affected Integrations. However, we advise any customer utilizing the Office 365 Integration within BetterCloud User Automation to check the Integration Center and manually reconnect as needed using the directions in our help center article.
