    Simple and advanced signatures ( SES / AES ) have been slowed down during the 11h10 - 11h30 time slot. We are seeing a signature delay of up to 10 minutes Our system capacity has been increased to bring this delay back to normal as soon as possible. We apologize for any inconvenience.     We're currently experiencing delays in the processing of some QES eSignature requests. Signatures are still being properly handled. Wallet creation and signature flow are functionals but signed documents cannot be retrieved yet. All other levels of signature are not affected. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.     We have identified that our domain "yousign.app" (including all wildcard URLs such as the application and the API) is being mistakenly flagged by Quad9’s filtered DNS resolvers (9.9.9.9 and 149.112.112.112). As a result, a subset of users relying on these resolvers may experience difficulties accessing Yousign V3. Our teams have already contacted Quad9 to review and restore normal access. Workaround: Impacted users can switch to an alternative DNS provider locally or through their IT department. We will share updates as soon as the situation is resolved.     The organization Signal-Spam, which manages spam reports, has accepted our request to remove yousign.app from their blocklist. DNS resolvers such as Quad9 that rely on this list will progressively stop blocking our domain. Please note that due to DNS caching, the resolution may not be immediate. Depending on the cache refresh of each resolver, the propagation can take some time before full accessibility is restored. We will continue to monitor the situation and provide confirmation once access is fully restored.

    We have identified an issue with our V2 & V3 APP & APIs that temporarily prevented some email delivery from yesterday at 18:30 CEST to today at 9:52. Some emails were not sent properly during this period. Emails sent outside this window are/were correctly delivered. We are fully committed to resolving this situation as quickly as possible and will keep you informed of any developments.

    Email delivery has been fully operational again since 9:52 AM this morning. Approximately 13% of emails were impacted by the earlier blockage. Thanks to the resilience of our systems, the majority of messages were successfully delivered without disruption. The affected 13% are currently still pending within Yousign's systems, and our teams are actively working to trigger their replay and delivery by the end of the day.
