One of our providers for the QES (Qualified Electronic Signature) ID verification has experienced a transient and intermittent outage between 09:46 CEST and 10:06 CEST. As a consequence, some users may have experienced some delay and potential errors for their QES signature flow during this timeframe. We are currently monitoring the provider.
