      What’s changing? VIOOH Operations have been requested to release a new version of the VIOOH Automation API (v5.10.8) to the UAT (non-production) environment. How does this affect me? During this time, the VIOOH Automation API will be temporarily unavailable. Normal service will resume automatically once the upgrade is completed. VIOOH Operations advise all Media Owners not to use the VIOOH Automation API application within the UAT environment, during the date and time outlined below. When is it happening, and how long will it last?       Incident Summary Media Owners were unable to create and update programmatic deals, within the VIOOH Trading Manager application for a short time on Thursday 28th May 2026. Impact start time: 09:11 UTC+1 Impact end time: 09:59 UTC+1 Incident Update The underlying issue has been associated to a scheduled change activity within the VIOOH Trading Platform, that interrupted normal service unexpectedly. A post-mortem will be held to fully investigate this failure and prevent similar impacts to clients in the future. We apologise for any inconvenience caused by this service interruption.

      What's changing? VIOOH will be deploying a change to the VIOOH Programmatic Platform for the Deal Management service, within the production environment. How does this affect me? This communication is only relevant to Media Owners that utilise VIOOH's Creative On-Demand download feature. VIOOH's Deal Management service has now been updated to improve the performance of Programmatic Guaranteed (PG) deals, for all Media Owners that are setup with VIOOH Creative On-Demand download delivery. Creatives linked to PG deals will now automatically appear within the manifest before trading starts, allowing for these to be downloaded by the players earlier, traded and played out from the very first auction win. This change does not impact the VIOOH Creative On-Demand delivery setup of Non-Programmatic Guaranteed (NPG) deals. When is it happening and how long is it expected to last?       What's changing? VIOOH will be deploying new enhancements to the VIOOH Trading Manager application. How does this affect me? Feature flags will be activated that are designed to provide: Search performance improvements within the VIOOH Trading Manager application, including for the planner. Within the Deal Management availabilities section is being updated, providing better accuracy for the numbers shown on screen. These changes are already available to test within your own UAT environments. There will be no impact to the application throughout the change window, and no downtime is required.
