What’s changing? VIOOH Operations have been requested to release a new version of the VIOOH Automation API (v5.10.8) to the UAT (non-production) environment. How does this affect me? During this time, the VIOOH Automation API will be temporarily unavailable. Normal service will resume automatically once the upgrade is completed. VIOOH Operations advise all Media Owners not to use the VIOOH Automation API application within the UAT environment, during the date and time outlined below. When is it happening, and how long will it last? How does this affect me? During this time, the VIOOH Automation API will be temporarily unavailable. Normal service will resume automatically once the upgrade is completed. VIOOH Operations advise all Media Owners not to use the VIOOH Automation application within the Production environment, during the date and time outlined below. When is it happening and how long is it expected to last? The upgrade is scheduled for on Monday, 2nd March 2026: Start time: 07:00 UTC End time: 08:00 UTC Estimated Downtime: ~60 minutes Please note that this task has a dependency on the VIOOH Automation release for JCDECAUX_BR, which is scheduled for Monday, 2nd March 2026 at 06:00 UTC. We will proceed with Automation API v5.10.6 release only after the above activity has been successfully completed and confirmed.
