    What's changing? VIOOH Operations have been requested to release a new version of the VIOOH Automation API (v5.10.7) to the UAT (non-production) environment. How does this affect me? During this time, the VIOOH Automation API will be temporarily unavailable. Normal service will resume automatically once the upgrade is completed. VIOOH Operations advise all Media Owners not to use the VIOOH Automation API application within the UAT environment, during the date and time outlined below. When is it happening and how long is it expected to last?     What's changing? VIOOH RTB player wrapper version upgrade, moving Media Owners from v4 to v5. How does this affect me? VIOOH RTB player wrapper v5 is ready to be launched, in stages, with Media Owners. Stage One Initially on Tuesday 24th March 2026, the new v5 version will be downloaded to all players. The update will not automatically be setup therefore no immediate change will take place on this date. Stage Two VIOOH Technical Operations will extend the testing scope, in agreement with specific Media Owners, before this version is fully activated at a later date. Stage Three The global v5 activation date will be communicated in April 2026, with a date shared in advance notify all Media Owners of the upcoming change . This new VIOOH RTB player wrapper version 5 update includes: Per market and per asset configuration targeting Various fixes and feature enhancements aligned with VIOOH AdController Security updates When is it happening and how long is it expected to last? How does this affect me? During this time, the VIOOH Automation API will be temporarily unavailable. Normal service will resume automatically once the upgrade is completed. VIOOH Operations advise all Media Owners not to use the VIOOH Automation application within the Production environment, during the date and time outlined below. When is it happening and how long is it expected to last? The upgrade is scheduled for on Monday, 2nd March 2026: Start time: 07:00 UTC End time: 08:00 UTC Estimated Downtime: ~60 minutes Please note that this task has a dependency on the VIOOH Automation release for JCDECAUX_BR, which is scheduled for Monday, 2nd March 2026 at 06:00 UTC. We will proceed with Automation API v5.10.6 release only after the above activity has been successfully completed and confirmed.
