We are currently investigating an intermittent issue where some users are being logged out of the portal within a minute of logging in. Users experiencing this issue are able to log back in without further complications. If you experience an unexpected logout, please log back in to the portal. In most cases, subsequent login attempts will result in a stable session. Note: This issue does not affect the security services provided by SASE or SIEM, which continue to function normally.
