    As of 7pm NZDT, Timely is experiencing a temporary outage, which means all customers will be unable to use Timely for new bookings or edit bookings at this time. We know this is frustrating. Our tech team is identifying the root cause and is working to resolve this issue with urgency. We’ve closed our phone lines so the team can respond to the volume of emails coming through. This is a temporary measure during an outage and we thank you for your patience!     We have identified a problem with our invoicing workflows that is impacting some customers ability to access their customer profile page in Timely and to process invoices and payments. We have identified the cause of the issue and are implementing a fix. We will update this page in another 30 minutes.
