As of 7pm NZDT, Timely is experiencing a temporary outage, which means all customers will be unable to use Timely for new bookings or edit bookings at this time. We know this is frustrating. Our tech team is identifying the root cause and is working to resolve this issue with urgency. We are seeing issues with two factor authentication codes being inputted into the iOS app blocking logins. We are currently investigating and will update in the next 30 minutes.
