We are currently investigating an issue affecting browsing of some websites using SafetyNet Go. Some websites are being blocked at the host, including some sites hosted in or protected by AWS and Cloudflare services. Other providers not listed may be similarly affected. We are planning to release an update to our SN Go extensions imminently, to resolve this issue. The release is planned for this week at the moment. Subsequently there is a period of time (typically 2 days to 1 week) before the new versions of the extensions are approved in the stores and then become available to update to. We will update again once they have been released, and also when they have been approved.

The earlier performance issue causing web pages to fully or partially fail to load has been resolved now. Some customers may still experience an issue with blank sections on web pages when a browser has been left idle for a short time, refreshing the page before continuing with browsing will prevent this issue from occurring, and will reload the page fully if this symptom is seen. We are continuing to monitor the situation carefully and will update again once this secondary issue has also been resolved.

During routine Microsoft-owned patching and maintenance activity, the underlying infrastructure hosting our containers was restarted. This restart caused the containers to fail, leading to service disruption. The issue is now resolved and we will continue to monitor the service
