    We are currently investigating an issue affecting the RM SafetyNet Browsing Report feature for some customers. During this time, affected customers may experience incomplete or unavailable browsing reports. Related features including Dashboard, Alerts, and Alert History may also display partial or missing data for the impacted period. Our technical teams are actively working to resolve the issue as a priority. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and will provide further updates as soon as possible.

    This may impact the generation of safeguarding alerts for some customers also. We have determined the root cause of the issue we are preparing to implement a fix. We will update again once we are able to advise a timescale to resolve.

    Issue partially resolved. Browsing Reports will be available and complete for all customers from today. Safeguarding alerts will be issued as normal. Some browsing data from 22 April to 30 April may not be available, and some safeguarding alerts generated during this time period may not yet have been issued. We are working to resolve both of these, and further updates will be issued in due course.

    We are in the process of restoring delayed browsing data from 22nd - additionally some customers may find that some some current browsing data, is still delayed, and so still unavailable to view. There is no need to contact us to request the restore, or to inform us about delayed or missing current data; we are aware and are working on this as our top priority right now.

    We have been processing browsing data as normal now since Thursday evening - all customers should see all/complete browsing data in their reports from Friday 8th May inclusive. We are still working on restoring all remaining data spanning 22 April to 6 May. We will update again when we are able to inform you of further dates that have been fully restored. Again, we apologize for any inconvenience this is causing.

    Browsing reports data has been restored from 29 April to date (inclusive). Restoration of the rest of the data (from 22 April to 28 April) is ongoing.
