  1. investigating Apr 30, 2026, 10:26 AM UTC

We are currently investigating an issue affecting browsing of some websites using SafetyNet Go. Some websites are being blocked at the host, including some sites hosted in or protected by AWS and Cloudflare services. Other providers not listed may be similarly affected. Our technical teams are actively working to resolve the issue. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and will provide further updates as soon as possible.

  2. investigating May 06, 2026, 11:00 AM UTC

We are planning to release an update to our SN Go extensions imminently, to resolve this issue. The release is planned for this week at the moment. Subsequently there is a period of time (typically 2 days to 1 week) before the new versions of the extensions are approved in the stores and then become available to update to. We will update again once they have been released, and also when they have been approved.

We have released new version of the extensions as planned. These are now awaiting approval by the stores. We will update again to advise when they have become available to download/update.
