    Klaviyo backups are failing on the templates resource due to an ongoing Klaviyo API incident ( status.klaviyo.com ). Backups will retry automatically once they recover.

    Earlier today, a Klaviyo API issue caused backup attempts to fail for affected accounts. Klaviyo has since resolved the issue on their side. Our retry logic automatically re-ran the failed backups, and they completed successfully. Backups are now functioning as expected.
