    We are closing this incident for now. The issue has been investigated together with X-Interactive and DPD. At this time, approximately 75% of DPD label creation requests are successful. DPD is still investigating the remaining failures and plans to add additional logging this week to determine the root cause. Based on the current information, we expect this situation to continue for the coming days. If you continue to experience problems creating DPD labels, please contact DPD directly. In many cases, retrying the label creation is successful. We will reopen this incident if there are any significant developments.

    Users are experiencing 'Misdirected Request' errors when creating Parcel Pro shipments. We've contacted Parcel Pro about this, they are aware of the issue and are working on a fix.

    The issue is ongoing: some shipments randomly receive an invalid shipping label from Parcel Pro / Shops United. They are aware of the issue and are working on resolving it urgently. If an errored label occurs, we advise cancelling the shipment in Picqer to prevent incorrect tracking notifications from being sent to the webshop and customers, and then retry creating the shipment.
