Users are experiencing 'Misdirected Request' errors when creating Parcel Pro shipments. We've contacted Parcel Pro about this, they are aware of the issue and are working on a fix.

The issue is ongoing: some shipments randomly receive an invalid shipping label from Parcel Pro / Shops United. They are aware of the issue and are working on resolving it urgently. If an errored label occurs, we advise cancelling the shipment in Picqer to prevent incorrect tracking notifications from being sent to the webshop and customers, and then retry creating the shipment.
