What's happening Fraudsters are increasingly attacking USPS by creating counterfeit, unpaid shipping labels — a scheme known as Mailer ID (MID) fraud. This is a growing industry-wide USPS issue affecting all shipping platforms, not specific to us or your account security. As a result, some customers may see tracking updates showing delivery to an unfamiliar address. In most cases, your package will still arrive as expected. What to do - If your tracking shows an incorrect delivery address, please contact Customer Support. - If you were charged a clearly incorrect shipping adjustment, please contact us as well. Thank you for your patience.
