Upon creating a Request from the Schedule, individual Client pages, or the Property within a Client page, selecting More Options causes Requests to fail to transfer Client details such as name and property, or details entered into the Request when it was created on the Schedule. This affects users who create Requests from the Schedule or Client pages in Jobber Online. We recommend creating Requests from the Request tab or Quick-Create menu.     We are investigating an issue with Jobber Mobile App. This may affect some users when they login to Jobber Mobile App by redirecting them to a trial setup experience. We recommend using Jobber Online in your mobile browser as a temporary workaround. We will update as soon as we have any more information.     As we continue to investigate this issue, it is advised that affected users delete and reinstall Jobber Mobile App.

    We have identified the issue and a fix is going out with app version 6.54.1 Version 6.54.1 is now live in Apple's App Store, and impacted users can update their Jobber app to this new version. We are still waiting for the app update to go live in the Play Store for Android users. Accessing getjobber.com on a mobile browser remains the recommended temporary workaround for any impacted Android users until app version 6.54.1 has gone live.
