Upon creating a Request from the Schedule, individual Client pages, or the Property within a Client page, selecting More Options causes Requests to fail to transfer Client details such as name and property, or details entered into the Request when it was created on the Schedule. We have identified the issue and a fix is going out with app version 6.54.1 Version 6.54.1 is now live in Apple's App Store, and impacted users can update their Jobber app to this new version. We are still waiting for the app update to go live in the Play Store for Android users. Accessing getjobber.com on a mobile browser remains the recommended temporary workaround for any impacted Android users until app version 6.54.1 has gone live.

We’ve released a fix for the issue that caused some users to be redirected to the trial setup flow when logging in to the Jobber Mobile App. To ensure the fix takes effect, affected users should uninstall and reinstall the latest version of the app (v6.55).
