    We are investigating an issue with Non-Adminstrator users accessing index pages through Jobber Online. This may affect Non-Administrator users attempting to access index pages for Clients, Requests, Quotes, Jobs and Invoices. We recommend that the affected users access these pages through the Jobber App as a temporary workaround. We will update as soon as we have any more information. We understand how important it is for Jobber to be running smoothly for your business, so we greatly appreciate your patience at this time.

    We have fully investigated, and are no longer experiencing issues with Non-Administrator users accessing index pages through Jobber Online. Affected users may need to refresh their browser page to regain access to Clients, Requests, Quotes, Jobs and Invoices index pages. Our Engineering team is actively discussing how to prevent future disruptions similar to this one.
