  1. investigating Dec 15, 2025, 08:20 PM UTC

We are currently investigating an issue that is affecting some customers when using Quick Create to add a Request. This may cause a 404 error to appear in Jobber immediately after clicking Request on certain pages, including the Reports, Clients, and Settings pages. Our team is working to identify the cause and restore normal performance as quickly as possible. To help minimize disruptions, please create Requests from the Requests, Quotes, or Jobs pages, and refrain from using Quick Create for Requests on the affected pages while we continue our investigation. We will share another update as soon as we have new details. We know how important it is for Jobber to run smoothly for your business, and we appreciate your patience while we work to resolve this.

  2. resolved Dec 15, 2025, 09:35 PM UTC

We have fully investigated, and are no longer experiencing issues with creating a Request. Our Engineering team is actively discussing how to prevent future disruptions similar to this one. If you continue to experience issues with creating a Request please reach out to [email protected]. Thank you for your patience as we resolved this issue!
