  1. investigating Jan 05, 2026, 10:32 PM UTC

We are investigating an issue with the schedule where completed visits that are assigned a calendar colour are not appearing grayed out. This may affect some users when viewing the schedule through Jobber Online. We recommend that users update their schedule settings to use the Strikethrough option to view completed appointments as a temporary workaround. We will update as soon as we have any more information. We understand how important it is for Jobber to be running smoothly for your business, so we greatly appreciate your patience at this time.

  2. resolved Jan 05, 2026, 11:38 PM UTC

Our Engineering team is actively discussing how to prevent future disruptions similar to this one. If you continue to experience issues with completed visits not appearing as grayed out on the schedule, please reach out to [email protected]. Thank you for your patience as we resolved this issue!
