We are investigating intermittent delays with asset uploads and transcodes for some users. For affected users, assets are uploading but you may experience a delay with the initial playback until transcodes complete.

Frame Engineering team operated a production rollout for our new progressive delivery platform started at 7pm ET. During the operation, we experienced 5 mins downtime between 7:16pm and 7:21pm ET. We were able to quickly resolve the issue and bring frame back to normal operation by 7:21pm ET.
