We're currently experiencing issues with slowness and unresponsiveness for some customers. Our team is actively investigating the issue and working to restore functionality as quickly as possible. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Functionality to the system has been restored. We had connections being established that were then being lost. Once the connection was lost, it times out, and another connection would be started. We started killing those "sleeping" connections to bring everything back inline. Since we cleaned up those lost connections, we see everything responding normally. We will continue to monitor closely to ensure all services are operational. Please reach out to Support if you continue to experience issues.
