Our team is actively monitoring the situation together with the partner and will provide updates as soon as more information becomes available. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Region: EEA + RoW Description: To avoid bad user experience, we have disabled card payouts until all technical barriers are resolved. Currently, we are waiting for updates from 3rd party provider.

To minimize disruption, we have temporarily disabled Outgoing transfers, In/Out Exchanges, Local Card Top Ups, Request and View Requisites for mentioned currencies above. Our partner is working to resolve the issue. We will update you as soon as we know more.

Region: EEA + UK Description: Some users may observe delayed outgoing SEPA transfer processing. The issue has already been escalated to 3rd party provider. Once the incident is resolved, transaction statuses will be finalized accordingly.

Region: EEA Description: Some users from EEA region may face an error during local card top up. The root cause is identified and our technicians are acknowledged about the problem.

Affected service: SMS Affected region: Bulgaria Description: There is currently an issue on our 3rd party partner's side that affecting sending SMS notifications to Bulgarian (+359) numbers. Our partner is working to resolve the issue. We will update you as soon as we know more.

Region: All Description: We have identified internal technical barriers which may cause processing delay for crypto and FIAT transfers. Our technicians are looking into it. The root cause is known and the hottix is getting being prepared.

Region: All Description: Some of our functionalities may be disrupted by current global outage on AWS cloud provider. To minimize bad user experience we have disabled local card top ups. 3DS transaction confirmations via SMS are also blocked so the workaround is to use biometric. We are waiting for the updates from 3rd party provider.

We confirm SMS confirmation is on stable behaviour. Other affected services are still in our focus.

Region: All Coin: XNO(ex-NANO) Description: To avoid bad user experience we have disabled outgoing XNO transfers due to minor internal barriers. Other functionalities with XNO token remains unaffected.

Region: All Coins: Polygon-based Description: There is an ongoing major outage on Polygon blockchain. To avoid bad experience we have disabled outgoing transfers/Polygon account details view + creation.

Region: EEA, UK, RoW Description: We have identified the processing delay for FIAT and Crypto transfers due to ongoing incident on 3rd party side. Once the issue is resolved, all affected transactions will be finalized.

3rd party sideis aware of the issue and working on fixing it at the moment. We apologize for any inconvenience and will provide you with an update at the soonest possibility.

Region: EEA+UK Description: According to the critical incident on 3rd party provider, card operations (reissue/order/block/freeze/card details view) and 3DSecure payment confirmation (Biometric and SMS affected) are unavailable. No impact on payment processing.

Coin: All Region: All Description: the ongoing incident identified with the unexpected behaviour in specific transcactions. On latest iOS version 4.1.10, outgoing crypto transfers is not available to initiate. The workaround is to use other client - Android or Web. Our technicials already acknowledged the issue.
