Event description: Toll Free Number Messaging Impacted (Partial) Impacted Services: Some customers sending from TFN are reporting duplicate messages or messages not delivered Start time: First reported on 7/24/2025 exact start time unknown at this time. End time: 7/26/2025 12:00 AEST Dear Customer, We wanted to alert customers sending from Toll Free Numbers (TFN) of a potential for service impact. Customers have reported and tests show some messages are not being received or received late. A few have reported receiving duplicate messages as well. The issues have been escalated and we are pushing for additional answers. We would encourage you to test if you are using a TFN to send messages out to help us identify which codes are being affected. Please open a ticket if you are seeing issues by email [email protected] UPDATE: The issue has been resolved.
