A spike in demand on the loyalty service server is causing this disruption. The database is currently being scaled up to restore functionality, and the cause of the demand spike will then be investigated.
- investigating Aug 21, 2025, 12:20 PM UTC
VM's services are starting to recover and customers are beginning to be able to place orders. These orders may not be reaching your KDS screens, but they HAVE been paid for successfully and can therefore be fulfilled. If you would prefer not to receive orders during this time, due to the operational difficulty in fulfilling them, please advise your customers to this effect.
- investigating Aug 21, 2025, 12:37 PM UTC
Services are continuing to recover rapidly. Customers can place orders and pay successfully. These successful payments are delayed in reaching Vita Mojo, which is preventing orders from reaching your KDS screens and/or your printers. As services recover, these payments are expected to integrate to Vita Mojo, which will then cause orders placed during this period to reach your fulfilment screens. We recommend thinking about how to manage those delayed orders appropriately to avoid double-fulfilling orders, depending on how you've managed order fulfilment during this disruption.
- monitoring Aug 21, 2025, 12:55 PM UTC
Vita Mojo's systems are now recovered and fully operational. Performance will continue to be monitored closely, as we also begin to investigate root cause.
- resolved Aug 21, 2025, 01:12 PM UTC
This incident is now closed. Disruption to Vita Mojo's services has now ended and all services and functionality should now be normal. If you are continuing to experience issues, or require further support, please email [email protected]. A full root cause analysis is being prepared and will be shared ASAP.
