We are aware of a major incident in progress at Cloudflare affecting a large number of global services including Vita Mojo. We are currently investigating the full impact on Vita Mojo services, and exploring contingency options. Please follow https://www.cloudflarestatus.com/ for the causative incident. Our helpdesk services are also impacted so we are unable to reply to queries sent to our support email; please note that root cause recovery is beyond Vita Mojo's control.

Cloudflare have implemented a fix and we are observing service recovery. If you switched off devices such as kiosks and POS, please do switch them back on. If you continue to experience issues please restart devices.

We received reports from 08:52 of disruption to our services. At 08:56 Cloudflare acknowledged a major widespread incident affecting multiple global services: https://www.cloudflarestatus.com/ At 09:12 Cloudflare implemented a fix and we observed recovery of our services and all services have since been performing as normal. If you took measures such as switching off kiosks to limit the impact to your guests, please switch them back on. If you continue to experience disruption on any device please restart it. If, following device restarts you are still experiencing issues trading, don't hesitate to contact us.
