What's changing? VIOOH Operations have been requested to release a new version of the VIOOH Automation API (v5.10.7) to the UAT (non-production) environment. How does this affect me? During this time, the VIOOH Automation API will be temporarily unavailable. Normal service will resume automatically once the upgrade is completed. VIOOH Operations advise all Media Owners not to use the VIOOH Automation API application within the UAT environment, during the date and time outlined below. When is it happening and how long is it expected to last? The upgrade is scheduled for Monday, 20th April 2026: Start time: 7:00 AM (UTC+1) End time: 8:00 AM (UTC+1) Estimated Downtime: ~60 minutes If you have any questions, please contact us via the VIOOH Client Support Portal.
