Incident Summary Media Owners were unable to create and update programmatic deals, within the VIOOH Trading Manager application for a short time on Thursday 28th May 2026. Impact start time: 09:11 UTC+1 Impact end time: 09:59 UTC+1 Incident Update The underlying issue has been associated to a scheduled change activity within the VIOOH Trading Platform, that interrupted normal service unexpectedly. A post-mortem will be held to fully investigate this failure and prevent similar impacts to clients in the future. We apologise for any inconvenience caused by this service interruption.
