Impact start time: 14:00 UTC Impact end time: 16:10 UTC A prolonged period was required by The Trade Desk to rollback the change made on their platform. Incident Update Trading restarted from ~16:10 UTC and VIOOH continued to observe a steady increase in trading response and auction wins throughout a ~4 hour period. A series of monitoring checks and activities were conducted by VIOOH and The Trade Desk. Expected level of VIOOH Trading with The Trade Desk has resumed from approx. 20:10 UTC. No further updates required to be shared on this investigation. VIOOH will continue to work with The Trade Desk to properly examine the failure they experienced, and understand all the future mitigation actions to mitigate the risk of a future reoccurrence.
