We are currently investigating a technical issue affecting shortened links created prior to October 20, 2026. This issue may result in links created prior to 10/20/26 failing to work. If you have active templates or review requests relying on links created before then, we recommend regenerating those shortened links to ensure they work as intended. We have identified the cause of the issue affecting shortened links created prior to October 20, 2026, and our engineering team is actively implementing a solution. We have identified a potential issue with the Custom Message portion of group messages and are working to resolve those issues as quickly as possible. In the meantime we have identified a potential workaround by using regular Group Message and Merge Fields. To do this you would need to first set up the custom fields and then import the contacts to a group while also making sure to fully map the field to their contact.
