Our team is currently investigating why attachments can not be downloaded neither previewed in Sympa. At the moment attachments under any person cannot be previewed neither downloaded.

We want to inform you about a recent technical issue in our system that occurred between 14/08/2025 at 17:00 EEST and 15/08/2025 at 09:05 EEST. During this period, some attachments uploaded via the Sympa UI (e.g., over the user profile) may not have been saved correctly. The issue has been fully resolved, and the system is now operating normally. Only a limited number of customers were affected. We will contact all affected customers directly with further details and instructions. If you do not hear from us, no action is required on your part.
