**What happened** * On 27 January, Sympa experienced degraded performance, which caused slower response times and occasional errors for some users. **Why it happened** * A recently updated service caused slowness due to it’s cache. This service was reverted and system returned to normal. **What we did** * Our teams investigated the issue immediately and monitored the system closely.
