Timeline · 6 updates
  1. investigating Mar 11, 2026, 03:44 PM UTC

We're aware and investigating reports that users are unable to print tickets in any form. An immediate fix for this will be to open the Box Office App, re-name any connected printers, perform a test print from the App, and then try again. We are investigating a complete fix for this and will update further here when we have more information. No other functions are affected currently.

  2. identified Mar 11, 2026, 04:06 PM UTC

We believe we have identified the problem that has caused tickets not to print. We're running some tests on local environments and will update with more information shortly.

  3. monitoring Mar 11, 2026, 04:11 PM UTC

We have tested in a live environment and been able to print tickets successfully. We will continue to monitor and please let us know if you are still having issues printing.

  4. investigating Mar 11, 2026, 04:34 PM UTC

Thanks to those of you that have indicated you are still having issues. We are running some further tests to see if there are different factors causing the issues with printing. For now we believe freshly re-registering the Box Office App and re-adding printers should allow you to print for now.

  5. monitoring Mar 11, 2026, 05:02 PM UTC

After further testing and running some live verification with a couple of you (thanks for your help!) we believe that the initial work we completed at approximately 16:00 UTC did broadly resolve the issue. If you are still experiencing issues, it is likely clearing all cookies and cache on your web browser should resolve this issue completely. We will continue to monitor and let you know if the situation changes.

  6. resolved Mar 12, 2026, 12:21 AM UTC

We are confident the issue with printing tickets is now resolved. We will continue to monitor as usual. If you have any questions, please do reach out to us at [email protected] or on +44 (0)20 7183 3586 | +1 (646) 569-9097 | Toll Free: +1 (800) 961-5971.

  1. investigating Jan 27, 2026, 12:33 PM UTC

We're investigating an issue affecting Spektrix Subsites only. The Event Availability page is currently displaying "No events available" when there are online events that should be displayed. Navigating to an event directly via an ID does work, it is currently only the Event Availability page affected. We will provide more updates as soon as we have them.

We have manually synced subsites for organisations we know have reported issues, and if you would like any assistance in running a manual sync please contact us and we can help with that.

Due to ongoing issues with the Cloudflare Global Network you may be seeing issues with your websites. This will be impacting your customers' ability to log in and check out on your website. We're actively monitoring the situation and will update here as soon as we have any further information.

  2. identified Nov 18, 2025, 01:53 PM UTC

  3. identified Nov 18, 2025, 02:26 PM UTC

To recap, Cloudflare is a third party service that forms part of our infrastructure to keep connections secure across the internet. Timeline · 3 updates
  1. identified Nov 05, 2025, 05:43 PM UTC

We’ve identified an issue where the API is sporadically returning 500 errors, which may affect how Spektrix is syncing with your website CMS for event listings, including instance dates and statuses. If you are noticing any impact on your website, such as incorrect show dates or status of instances, we recommend contacting your web developer, sending them a link to this page and directing them to the 'Note for web developers and integrators' below. We’ll continue to update with any progress or now info here. Note for web developers and integrators: We are noticing transient and intermittent 500 errors in the API, which we are investigating. In general - regardless of today's issues - to ensure 500, 401 or any other unexpected responses do not impact your syncing between Spektrix and your website / partner platform, you may wish to implement a resilience strategy such as retrying failed requests and/or retaining your last 'good' sync.

  2. monitoring Nov 05, 2025, 06:21 PM UTC

We identified the cause of the sporadic API issue that is affecting how some websites are syncing with Spektrix via the API. We have put a fix in place to mitigate the issue and will continue to monitor the issue closely through tomorrow. You should start to see improvement in your website syncing, and any issues with event/instance information should be resolving.

  3. resolved Nov 06, 2025, 02:32 PM UTC

We have been monitoring the fix that was put in place and have not seen any issues with the API through the evening and into this morning. We will be marking this as resolved and will continue to monitor our API.

If an error is hit before taking a payment this may fail, a retry should also work in this situation. You may also see that some images or other visual elements of the system aren't loading properly, this won't affect functionality but a re-load should also resolve. We have identified the issue causing this and are taking steps to resolve this now. We will update shortly with more information, we would expect this to be fully resolved very shortly.

  2. resolved Jun 18, 2025, 10:09 AM UTC

We have been able to resolve the issue that was causing the sporadic error pages. This will have intermittently affected all areas of the system for a short period of time. If you are still seeing an error page or you have images not loading correctly, if you re-load or close and re-open your web browser you should find everything is fully restored and back to normal. We'll continue to monitor the system but we aren't expecting any recurrences of this issue.

We're aware that the entire Spektrix system is currently down and inaccessible and you will see error pages when trying to use the system. We know what the cause of this is and are working to resolve this now. It is likely that whilst we work through the fix the system will be down for a period of time. We will be able to estimate this better in approximately 10-15 minutes and will update further then. Thanks for your patience as we work through this.

  2. identified Jun 10, 2025, 08:47 AM UTC

We're continuing to work through our fix for the system outage currently happening. To confirm this is impacting the Spektrix system and all elements of website integrations that will impact end-customers. Both yourselves and end-customers will likely see 'Timeout' errors that will come from Cloudflare. This issue relates to an infrastructure change and is not a data security issue. We will continue to provide updates on an expected timescale as we have more information. We will update again in 10 minutes or sooner.

  3. monitoring Jun 10, 2025, 08:54 AM UTC

You should now be seeing that all elements of the Spektrix system are back up and running. We're still working through elements of the fix and will be in a close monitoring period as we do this. We'll keep you updated if anything changes as this happens.

  4. resolved Jun 10, 2025, 09:39 AM UTC

We're confident now that all work has been completed to fully restore all access and all systems are operational. If you have any further questions or concerns regarding the issues today please reach out to us and we'd be happy to help and provide further information. Thanks again for your patience this morning.
