Any organization-wide ReadyLink that required a PIN would fail to load with "Invalid ReadyLink". Viewing the stream via the QR code was unaffected. The team is verifying and deploying a fix.

When attempting to run a map capture mission from Skydio Cloud, some customers may erroneously see an warning saying "The selected drone is missing Pathfinder maps..." and won't be able to run the mission. The team has identified the issue and is deploying a fix.

We’ve discovered an issue where the vehicle does not use Pathfinder when initiated from the dispatch map. When responding to a marker from the dispatch map, the vehicle defaults to an “up and over” path instead of using Pathfinder. The workaround is to enter Remote Flight Deck and select “Respond here” from within Remote Flight Deck. Skydio is implementing a fix for this issue.

On September 10th, from 5:51PM to 6:27PM PST, a database issue on a Skydio server caused some automated alerts to be delayed or missing, some post-processing workflows to be delayed causing missing image thumbnails, and some map markers to stop updating. The incident was resolved after 36 minutes, and recovery efforts are underway to reprocess data that was missed during the incident

At around 8:52am PT, some S2 and X2 devices were unable to communicate with a key system that allows them to show as online in cloud.skydio.com due to a sharp but brief increase in load on the system. This persisted until the system was restarted around 11:00am PT. Impacted devices will automatically reconnect within the next hour. If you have access to your device, performing a reboot will also bring it back online.

Skydio Cloud had a visual bug that was showing the Skydio Connect External Radio as offline, but the radios were still connected and fully functioning (no impact to flight). To fix the visual issue, we did an emergency rollback of the flight system, which triggers a 45 second streaming outage for about 1% of customers. Both issues are now fully resolved.

Starting at 11:50am, dock camera's stopped streaming correctly to Skydio Cloud due to a misconfiguration. Everything has been fixed, and we've improved the code to prevent this from happening in the future.

On the Skydio Cloud we have identified an issue where External Radios connectivity status will intermittently change between "Online" and "Offline". This issue is impacting the user interface only and does not impact the connectivity of external radios. We are investigating this issue currently and will report more findings and progress towards a resolution.

The issue has been identified and a fix is being validated. As a workaround users can attempt a Cloud update using cloud.skydio.com. To do so log into Skydio Cloud, Navigate to the Settings, select on devices, then select on the vehicle you are trying to update. After selecting this vehicle open up its Settings menu and select "Update Software"

We discovered an issue where non-DFR Remote Flight Deck users are unable to respond to custom marker by selecting them from the map. To workaround this, affected users can do one of the following options: 1. Select the custom marker from the list and click '"Fly Here"' from its detail card that pops up 2. Right click on map view near the custom marker and select "Fly here" We are investigating this issue and will push a resolution as quickly as possible.

At the following 2 timeframes we had a brief interruption to the online status of the drone and dock fleet. We identified the root cause of the bug, and the second outage at 9:54 was to deploy the fix. On April 16th, 4:39 pst, a error on one of the servers made a portion of the Skydio Fleet appear as if it were offline incorrectly. Currently flying drones would have been unimpacted, but any attempt to launch a new drone would have failed. The incident was resolved at 4:56pm pst.

This issue has been identified and a fix is being implemented. As an alternative, pilots can continue to use the Remote Flight Deck workflow to respond to markers. For sites configured with geofences, these may not be visible but will still be active.
