External Radio had a visual discrepancy showing offline while online.
Resolved on August 27, 2025, affecting Skydio Streaming.
Skydio Cloud had a visual bug that was showing the Skydio Connect External Radio as offline, but the radios were still connected and fully functioning (no impact to flight). To fix the visual issue, we did an emergency rollback of the flight system, which triggers a 45 second streaming outage for about 1% of customers. Both issues are now fully resolved.
