    Hey there, We are aware that a small subset of users may be redirected to the next available URL in the left navigation when accessing their default landing page. For example, Home should typically be the correct landing page, but some users may instead be redirected to Must Reads, Recognition, Events, etc. We believe this is likely related to a caching issue. As a workaround, users can clear their cache and perform a hard reload. Please note that only users with an active session during the Home Dashboard > Landing page migration would be impacted. We anticipate this to be a low percentage of users; please note the resolution steps. Chrome steps for hard reload: Open the page where you are experiencing the issue.     Hello, We are continuing to monitor the ongoing AWS service recovery. AWS has reported that most services in the US-EAST-1 region are stabilizing, with successful instance launches across multiple availability zones. Some customers may still experience intermittent errors with related features but we are rapidly moving towards a resolution. These issues stem from residual network connectivity problems within AWS infrastructure. As AWS continues to restore full functionality, we are seeing gradual improvement and expect Simpplr features to recover in line with their progress. While this incident originates outside of Simpplr’s environment, we remain closely engaged and will provide an update as soon as AWS confirms full resolution.     Hi there, We’ve identified an issue caused by a third-party video provider, which is currently preventing newsletters with embedded videos from sending correctly. As a temporary workaround, you can: Include the video as a clickable URL in the newsletter, or Embed the video on a separate page and link to or promote that page within your newsletter.
