It is currently not possible to create Exchange account in our control panel. We are working on fixing this. We will provide updates here, when we have some.

Currently some of our customers are experiencing issues when trying to open Website Analytics in their Control Panel. We are investigating this and we will provide more updates as soon as possible.

We are experiencing issues affecting our Exchange services. As a result of this, the following functionalities is unavailable for both new and existing customers: Account creation Service upgrades/downgrades Migrations from basic email to Exchange Existing Exchange accounts that are already created continue to operate normally. Our technicians are actively investigating the issue and working to restore full functionality as quickly as possible. We will provide updates on this status page as more information becomes available.

We are still working with our partner to resolve the Exchange related issue. At this time there is no change in impact and our teams remain actively engaged to resolve the matter. Further updats will be shared as soon as new information becomes available.

Account creation is now working for our existing Exchange customers, however, new customers will still experience difficulties when creating new Exchange accounts.

We’re currently experiencing an issue caused by an ongoing Cloudflare outage, which is impacting Zendesk - our support system. As a result, we’re temporarily unable to receive or respond to incoming chats, emails & phone calls. Although the issue is outside of our control, we are actively monitoring the situation and will post an update here as soon as we have more information. Our monitoring team has alerted us that the RushFiles service for one.com is currently unavailable. User data is safe; however, login and up-/download services are affected. The engineering team is working on bringing it back to operational state as soon as possible. We will update you when the issue is resolved, or latest at 11:00 CET

We have currently disabled the function to upgrade basic mail accounts to Exchange while troubleshooting an issue. We apologise for the inconvenience and will update this page once resolved.

Due to an ongoing issue, we have temporarily disabled the feature to upgrade a basic webmail account to Exchange. We are investigating the cause behind it and will post an update once we have more information.
