We are currently experiencing an issue that prevents users from paying graduate fee's via the AU Grad Apply application system (https://athabascauca.elluciancrmrecruit.com/Apply/Account/Login?ReturnUrl=%2fApply). This will affect the ability to pay Application Fees, Admission Fees, and Transfer Credit Evaluation Fees. We are working with our vendor to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. We are continuing to monitor Microsoft’s progress with restoring functionality to Outlook, Teams, and Sharepoint. Confirmed issues during this incident included, but are not limited to the following: Outlook: O365 fails to load after logging in via web browser. Emails being caught in the “outbox” folder and not sending. Teams: Inability to create or modify new teams and channels or using the search function. Users may also not see an updated list of files and links will fail to load within the Chat shared tab. Sharepoint: Searching in Sharepoint is also impacted. We will continue to provide updates from Microsoft as they become available.
