    There is a large scale outage affecting customers in Tokoroa. Our field teams have been sent to investigate the issue and further updates will be provided shortly.

    Field teams have arrived on site and are assessing the damage. A plan will be implemented shortly after the site has been surveyed.

    Field teams are continuing to assess the damage and create a restoration plan.

    The site requires extensive civil work to begin restoring services which unfortunately wont happen until tomorrow morning. The field teams are remaining onsite and will continue working throughout the night to prepare the site for a smooth and fast restoration of the services tomorrow. Further updates will come tomorrow morning when the civil teams are onsite.

    Fault teams are on site working to restore service. Restoration is proving challenging, and we are unable to provide an estimated restoration time at this stage. We will share a further update this afternoon, by which time we expect to have a clearer view of when services will begin to restore.

    Field teams are continuing preparations at the site to enable service restoration. Work to restore services is expected to begin this evening, with crews remaining on-site and working overnight to complete the restoration.
